About Roy Flores
Roy Flores is a proud native San Antonian, having been born and raised in the southside of the city. A graduate of Burbank High School and St. Mary’s University, Roy has been in the real estate industry for over 23 years, serving buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors with distinction. Roy’s extensive experience in finding the right investment properties, general contracting, and his excellent reputation among the trades make him a trusted and respected professional in the industry. As an independent builder for over 15 years and realtor for over 23 years, Roy has a passion for building affordable housing in the underserved communities of the southside of San Antonio. Together with his lifelong friend, teammate, and business partner Nick Medina, Roy owns Roenick Properties, a company dedicated to providing quality housing options to the community. Roy is a family man who has been married to his beautiful wife Betsy for over 23 years, and together they have two children, Bella and Joshua. Roy comes from a long line of passionate baseball players and was an all-city baseball player at Burbank High School and an all-conference baseball player for the St. Mary’s Rattlers. Currently, Roy’s hobbies include disc golf, working out, and coaching his son Joshua’s Rounding 3rd Rattlers Baseball team. Roy’s dedication to his community, passion for real estate, and love for his family make him a respected and trusted professional in the industry.
